Ingredients

    Crust:
    16.0 oz chicken breast, ground
    1/4 cup mozzarella

    Topping:
    3/4 cup Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Crushed
    2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1 cup mozzarella
    20 slices Hard Salami

Directions

Mix 1 lbs ground chicken and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and form the crust. Bake 20 minutes @ 350 degrees. Remove from oven and add topping ingredients. Bake an additional 10 minutes OR broil for 3-5 minutes.
