Introduction

One pan dinner! One pan dinner!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 oz Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted
    2 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw
    2 serving Fresh Green Beans (1 cup)
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tsp Thyme, ground
    5 cloves Garlic
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.7 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2 tbsp Parsley, dried

Directions

Mix all spices and oil together and Parmesan. Put half on pork chops and mix the green beans, potatoes in the other half of the mixture. Put it all on s sprayed sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes at 400. Then broil for 3 or 4 minutes to brown the cheese.
