Ingredients

3 cupschopped Cabbage, fresh
1/2 cup chopped Onions, raw
2 1/2 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon
1/2 cup Minute Rice
2 tsp Equate Clear Soluble Fiber Powder
1 can (10.75 oz) Tomato Condensed Soup
1 can (14.5 oz) Sliced Stewed Tomatoes
Water to cover
Directions
Put everything in pot and add enough water to cover the cabbage. Bring to boil then reduce heat and let simmer until the rice is cooked and cabbage is tender. approx 15 to 20 minutes.
Serving Size: makes approx 3 good size cereal bowls of soup.
