Ingredients

    32 tbsp Smuckers Reduced Fat Natural Style Peanut Butter
    227 grams Dates
    3 serving Ghiradelli Chocolate 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chip, 16p
    1.5 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    .5 cup Flaxseed
    112 gram Pressed Rice or Flattened Rice (POHA THIN) Medium 907 grams/2 lb (by ADHIKARI65)
    1 cup, shredded Coconut, raw
    1 serving GNC Pro Performance Whey Isolate 28 Protein Powder (Vanilla): 1 scoop= 1 serving
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Almond Extract (by CRANKYGIRL)

Tips

soak Dates before processing in food processer and also soak Poha for a few minutes. I chop the chocolate chips into smaller pieces.


Directions

Mix well and form into balls. Keep in the freezer.
