1.0 tsp Pepper, white
1.0 tsp Salt
30.0 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken Wing
2.0 tbsp Honey
3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
2.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
I bought the full wing and separated them myself. The wing tips I set aside to create a chicken broth.
Once wing pieces are separated, place into large bowl. Add the crushed red pepper, garlic powder, salt and white pepper. Toss to cover all the wings.
On a baking sheet, place a wire rack so that the fat may drain. Place the wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
Bake for 25 minutes, flip the wings, then bake for an additional 25 minutes. Remove from the oven. Place them in a large bowl.
In a small sauce pan, combine the Worcestershire sauce, flax seed, and honey. Stir constantly, until mixture combines. Pour over the wings in the large bowl. Tossing until evenly coated with sauce.
Place wings back on to the wire rack and place into the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
