Ingredients

12 oz Pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, cooked, broiled
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
12 serving La Tortilla Factory Ivory Teff Gluten Free Tortillas - 1 Wrap
2 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
16 oz Coleslaw, Dole Classic
6 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
12 Gluten Free Tortilla/Wraps
Tips
For a variation, try adding chopped broccolli with the coleslaw mix. This may also be served over rice if wraps are not desired.
Directions
stir together hoisin, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce (i use gluten free), and cornstarch. set aside. Place coleslaw mix and carrots in crockpot.
Cut pork into 1/8" thick strips and then cut in half lengthwise and place on top of coleslaw mix. Drizzle with 1/4 cup sauce mix. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Remove cover and stir in remaining hoisin mix.
Heat tortillas until warm. Place 1/2 cup mixture in center of each tortilla. Top with scallions if desired.
Serving Size: makes 12 wraps
