Introduction
Home-made tortilla wrap recipe, no preservatives or additives. You can freeze the tortillas until you need them and defrost them in the microwave in about 5 seconds. Ingredients

2 cups wholewheat flour (preferably "white" wholewheat flour)
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2/3 cup warm water
Directions
Makes 12
Combine salt and flour. Add vegetable oil.
Mix in the water (hand mixing will be needed)
Cover and let rest for 20 minutes
Make into a ball of dough, divide into 12 smaller balls.
Cover and let rest for another 20 minutes
Preheat a skillet or griddle (DO NOT grease) to medium high heat
Roull out the dough balls into very thin tortillas about 6-8 inches in diameter or as far as they'll go.
Bake each side for 30seconds - 1 minutes.
Flip and bake the other side
You can roll out the other dough balls as the tortillas are cooking.
