Ingredients

    6 potatoes, boiled and mashed
    1lb lean beef cut in 1 in cubes
    1 onion chopped
    1 Box favorite pie crust
    3 cup Beef Gravy

Directions

Chop beef and onions and place in pot of water and boil till done. Drain off water. I usually save some to add to the gravy later.
Peel and boil potatoes. When done drain off the water and mash potatoes.
Make gravy from your favorite recipe.
Make 2 pie rounds. Place one in the 9in pie tin.
add a layer of mashed potatoes followed by a layer of meat/onion mix. Pour a little gravy over the meat/onion mixture. Continue layering until you run out of potatoes and meat/onion mixture. Top with crust and bake in the oven for 30-40 mins at 350 until golden brown. Once done let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with a side salad and gravy.
