Ingredients

5.5 oz Whitefish, filet
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.0 tbsp Parsley
1.0 tsp Dill weed, dried
Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in zipper bag.
2. Refrigerate and marinate overnight.
3. When ready to cook, heat frying pan and place fish in to sear briefly to brown.
4. Place in 450° oven on middle rack for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges*.
