Ingredients

    16 oz Fish, Atlantic Salmon, Fresh
    1 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
    3 dash Pepper, black
    .5 cup Butter, unsalted
    5 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime (+ one slice thin)
    4 tbsp Honey
    4 clove Garlic
    .25 cup cilantro (fresh) (by MINDTHEGAP7)

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line and grease large baking sheet with foil. Lay salmon on foil and season with salt and pepper on both sides to taste. Slip lime slices under the salmon.
Stir together butter, lime juice, honey and garlic. Pour mixture over salmon. Fold sides of foil up over the salmon (don't worry if the foil doesn't completely cover the salmon).
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Switch oven to broil and cook another 5 minutes. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top and serve.
