Ingredients

0.25 tbsp Coriander leaf, dried
1.5 tsp Pepper, black
1.0 tsp Rosemary, dried
1.0 tsp Thyme, ground
1.0 tsp Salt
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
5.0 oz Haddock (fish)
4.0 oz Shrimp, cooked
4.0 oz Scallops, raw
0.2 cup Flour, white
3.0 serving Bumble Bee Fancy Whole Baby Clams, 1/4 cup/56g
2.0 serving Bacon (Farmer John) 1 slice
1.5 cup MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk
Directions
Finely dice the onion, dice the potato into 1/4" pieces and cut the bacon crosswise into small pieces. Start the bacon in a pot and cook until browning. Add the onion and cook until it is translucent. Then add the potato and herbs and spices. Stir for a minute or two and then add the water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potato is cooked. Add the fish, cut into 1" pieces, and continue to simmer until it becomes opaque. Next add the clams with the water from the can. Add the shrimp, cut in half if they are larger than bite-sized. Take about 1/2 cup of the milk and mix it with the flour. Pour this into the soup and stir until it thickens a bit. Add the scallops at the end and simmer for another few minutes. Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve.
Serving Size: Makes about 6 1.5 cup servings.
