Introduction

Filling Salad great on it's own for lunch or to have with fish for dinner. Filling Salad great on it's own for lunch or to have with fish for dinner.

Ingredients

    2 cup Garden Mix: Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce
    0.5 cup, grated Carrots, raw
    0.5 cup Snow Peas, fresh
    0.25 cup Beans, red kidney
    3 slice, thin Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    4 slice, thin/small Red Ripe Tomatoes
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Cider Vinegar

Directions

Cut up ingredients into a bowl and mix together. If you want you can add a dash of black pepper and Himalayan Sea Salt for added flavour.
