Ingredients

    1.0 cup Cauliflower, raw
    3.0 clove Garlic
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.33 cup Lentils
    0.33 cup Brown Rice, long grain
    0.75 serving Nature's Greens, Collard Greens, 3 Cups
    0.75 tbsp Shan dal curry spice

Directions

Sautee onions and garlic in water. Add rice, lentils, spice and 3 cups water. Add vegetables. Bring to a boil then simmer for 30-45 mins. Place in a thermos and it will continue cooking until you are ready to eat. Serving Size: Makes one serving, to be eaten the same day
