Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 oz (2 1/4 tsp) yeast
    1 tbsp honey
    1/4 cup white flour
    1/4 cup whole wheat
    1/4 cornmeal
    2 tbsp millet flour
    1 tbsp wheat germ
    2 tbsp soy protein
    2 tbsp wheat gluten (or more soy protein)
    1/2 cup water, warm
    1 tbsp pamesan
    1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

1. Mix yeast, honey, and warm water in a small bowl and let proof. (5 minutes)
2. In a separate medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients and whisk to blend thoroughly.
3. Add yeast mixture to dry and mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead until dough is smooth and elastic.
5. Let rise in a warm location for 15 minutes.
6. Top with pizza toppings and bake at 375F degrees for 10-15 minutes.
