Ingredients

    5 cup Great Value Frozen Broccoli and Cauliflower (16oz bag)
    5 cup Great Value Mixed Vegetables, Frozen (20oz bag)
    6 cup Great Value Garden Rotini (1 box)
    1 32oz box Swanson Unsalted Beef Broth
    46 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
    6 cup Best Choice Diced Skin-On Yellow Potatoes
    2 tbsp Garlic Select Minced Garlic
    0.5 tsp Zatarains Creole Seasoning
    2 tbsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
    1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
    4 cups water

Directions

Mix everything in large soup pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes and pasta are cooked to your liking.
