Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Dip:
    1 1/3 cups peeled cored and diced apple
    1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp brown sugar
    2 tsp sugar free apricot preserves
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon

    Chips:
    5 6in. flour tortillas
    2 tbsp butter melted
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 1/2 tbsp sugar

Directions

combine all the dip ingredients in a bowl, then cover and refridgerate the mixture until chilled.

Brush the tortillas with butter, then cut them into wedges.

Arrange the wedges on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 10 miutes. Let them cool before serving.

Serves 6.

    This is very easy to prepare and was very well received. It keeps well in the refridgerator, so when I brought it to work 4 days later a whole new group of people requested the recipe. A great choice for the sweets table for those looking for a healthier alternative to usual desserts. Loved it! - 1/4/10
