Ingredients

    1 tbsp oil
    1 lb lean pork (like tenderloin)
    2 red peppers, cut into thin strips

    SAUCE INGREDIENTS
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp ground garlic


    2 tsp cornstarch
    1/4 cup broth

    3 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

Heat oil in a pan and brown the pork.
Meanwhile combine all the sauce ingredients.
Add the peppers and sauce ingredients to the pan. Cook until peppers just start to become tender.
Add the cornstarch that has been dissolved in the broth and stir well. The sauce will thicken. Add the rice. Heat through and serve.
