    4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    4.0 clove Garlic
    5.0 tsp Ginger Root
    2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried
    1.0 cup Coconut milk (light)
    2.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
    2.0 tbsp curry paste
    1.0 tsp lemongrass paste

Directions

Brown chicken, add herbs and coconut oil, add broth bring to boil, add rest of ingredients and simmer for 15-20 mi s Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
