Ingredients

    3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    4.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    1.0 cup pecans

Directions

Mash bananas and add oatmeal plus any add-ins like pecans, chocolate chips , cranberries, other nuts or seeds. Shape about a 2 inch ball into a cookie shape and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for approximately 11 minutes, depending on size and your doneness preference. Such as more solid, or more moist and soft. Serving Size: Makes about 20 2 and a half inch cookies
