Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cup Tomatoes (stewed)
    32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    1 cup Mushrooms, canned
    3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 large Onions, raw
    2 tbsp Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix)
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

brown ground beef, adding the onion soup mix and towards the end. I left the hamburger grease in as I am doing keto, drain if desired. Put ground beef in crock pot and add canned tomatoes and 1 canful of water. Chop vegetables and put them in the pot. Add canned mushrooms plus the liquid. Season as desired with herbs and spices and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours
