Ingredients

    4 cup Fit & Active Chicken Broth Made with All Natural Chicken Stock (1 cup= serving) (by CEDARGUY)
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    14 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Onion powder
    0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    200 gram Long Grain & Wild Rice with herbs & seasonings - 90 second (Rice Bowl - Aldi) 1 serv.= 136g Bag = 250g (by DCMANN)
    0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)

Directions

-Combine everything in crock pot EXCEPT corn, rice, flour and milk.
-Cook on HIGH 2 hours.
-Add corn and rice
-Mix flour with milk until no clumps remain.
-Add to crock pot.
-Cook additional 2 hours.
