Ingredients

1/2 pound extra lean ground beef
2 cups of stewed tomatoes (pieces, no salt added
1 raw medium onion diced or sliced
1 cup of chopped fresh mushrooms
1 can campbells reduced sodium tomato soup
I box whole grain or wheat spaghetti
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions while you make the sauce.
In a large skillet sprayed with non-stick spray cook onions until clear then add mushrooms and cook down. Add ground beef and season to taste with salt and pepper or any favorite spice and cook until browned.
Once ground beef is cooked through add 1 can of Campbell's reduced sodium tomato soup and 2 cups of reduced sodium stewed tomato pieces. If too thick add 1/4 can of water to the mixture. Let simmer while pasta finishes cooking.
Add to top of pasta makes 4 or 5 servings. I usually serve this with a small garden side salad.
