Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Defrost the spinach. If you choose to use fresh spinach you need to blanch it first in boiling water. After defrosted if the spinach is not already chopped, chop it.
3.In a microwave safe bowl warm cream cheese until it has softened.
4. To the cream cheese add: sour cream, salt and pepper, the chopped garlic,3/4 cheese, and spinach.Mix well.
5. Pour spinach mixture into an oven safe dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
6. Bake until the dip is hot and bubbly. It usually takes about 25-30minutes.
7. Remove from oven and serve with tortilla chips.
