Ingredients

    1 box barilla penne plus, cooked according to box
    1 bag of Sun dried tomatoes, chopped
    1 cup of cherry tomatoes halved
    3 ounces of crumbles fat free feta cheese
    3/4 cup Newmans Own lite balsamic
    2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    1 package(1.28 lbs) of fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut up and cooked in pan with cookspray
    2 cups fresh spinach added to chicken while hot just to wilt a little bit

Directions

Add all ingredients into bowl. Mix and let sit overnight or a couple of hours. Add more dressing if needed.
