    2.0 cup slices Yambean (jicama)
    107.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    1.0 cup, sliced Mangos
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    0.5 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded
    3.0 1tsp Canola Oil
    1.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime

Directions

Julian all the ingredients and mix with lime and oil. Add other spices if you prefer. Keep cold and eat soon so it doesn't go soggy.
