Ingredients

    0.25 cup Oats, Quaker
    2.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated
    1.0 tbsp Honey
    0.5 tbsp chia seeds
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.25 oz Coconut, toasted
    0.25 oz Sunflower Seeds, with salt added

Directions

Mix all but coconut and sunflower seeds together. Out in fridge overnight. Top in am with coconut and sunflower seeds
