.66 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    .25 tsp Vanilla Extract
.12 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted

    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    .12 tsp Cloves, ground
    .12 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Tips

Cast iron pan is the best but you could use another oven proof pan.

Directions

Preheat oven and 10" cast iron fry pan 425. Add 2 Tbls butter to pan a couple on minutes before the preheat is done. Mix flour, eggs, milk, vanilla and salt in blender till smooth and pour into cast iron pan once the butter is melted in preheated oven. Bake 20 minutes and don't peak inside. Heat another cast iron skillet on a low setting with 2 TBLS butter. Slice the unpealed apples and add to pan along with the spices. It takes about the same time to fry the apples as it does to bake the dutch babies so it should all be done at the same time. Remove the pan from oven and serve with the apples.
