    3.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    5.0 cup Rice, FRAFT, Minute Rice, Brown
    10.0 tbsp Thai Chili Sauce
    2.0 cup Bush's, Black Beans
    16.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    100.0 grams Cilantro, raw

Directions

Stir fry chicken with everything except the black beans and rice, when meat is fully cooked add the beans and sauce. Place on top of cooked rice. If you're on a low carb diet you can cut back the rice. Serving Size: 1.5 cup
