Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can Chick Peas
    1 can Kidney beans dark red
    1 can Navy Beans,
    2 cans wax beans or 1 can wax and 1 can green bean
    2 tbsp Wesson vegatable oil (by BOUDICA007)
    2 tsp Honey Mustard
    1 large vidalia onion, sliced thin
    1 Tablespoon packed Brown Sugar
    1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 tsp minced garlic or one clove minced
    salt and pepper to taste


Tips

I eat this still warm or cold. No need to worry about making it ahead of time.


Directions

Drain and rinse all the beans first. Season with salt and pepper to taste. (Salt not included in recipe so make sure to adjust it if you track your sodium intake.) Heat onions and everything else that isn't a bean until onions have softened a little, about a minute. Mix all ingredients well and chill.
