Ingredients

24 tbsp (1 - 12oz can) Evaporated Milk, Fat Free Milk Carnation
.33 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
.33 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    .33 cup Honey

Note: you can substitute the honey with agave nectar, light corn syrup or maple syrup if you prefer; or just a little sugar or sugar substitute might work too

Tips

I simply put 240 minutes for cooking time (=4 hours for freezing) or however long it takes depending on your freezer

Directions

Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl until completely mixed together, making sure cocoa powder is completely dissolved.
Divide mixture evenly among 8 three-ounce ice pop molds.
Freeze until solid, then unmold and enjoy.
