Introduction

Just in time for summer! Just in time for summer!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp. honey mustard
    3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 ½ Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 ½ Tbsp. kosher salt
    1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 lbs boned country-style pork ribs or pork tenderloin (cut into 1 ½ cubes)
    4 large semi ripe nectarines, pitted, cut into 6 wedges
    ¼ cup mild-flavored honey
    About 10 wooden or metal skewers

Directions

If using wooden skewers, soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Mix next 5 ingredients in a large glass bowl or pan. Add pork and mix to coat. Cover and chill in the fridge for up to 5 hours prior to cooking. Thread cubes of pork and nectarines on skewers. Cook on BBQ over medium high heat. With 1 minute until cooking is completed brush generously with honey.
