Ingredients

2-3 Chicken breasts, no skin no bones
1-2 Green Bell peppers
1-2 Red Bell Peppers
1 Red Onion
1 Pkg Bamboo Skewers
Marinade of your choice (I use Lawry's Hawaiian Marinade)
Directions
Soak Skewers for 30 min to an hour
Cut Veggies and Chicken
Layer onto skewers until gone
Grill on BBQ until almost done
Brush on Marinade (putting it on later avoids burning the chicken)
Finish grilling until done
Servings depend on how much you layer on the Skewers but I was able to make 2 Per person for 4 people
