    0.5 stick Butter, salted
    0.25 cup Coconut Oil
    16.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into even 3/4 inch cubes
    2.0 tbsp Curry powder
    Salt & pepper to taste


1) heat oils in large frying pan 2)add chicken cubes and brown on most sides until cooked thru 3) add curry powder and salt and pepper to taste. Stir together. 4) serve over steamed broccoli or brown rice.
