Ingredients

    25.6 Grams Spaghetti Squash
    0.4 oz turkey smoked sausage (Oscar Mayer)
    0.5 cup roasted red pepper alfredo
    0.5 cup Sweet Peas (canned)

Directions

Preheat oven TO 400°. Cut spaghetti squash in 1/2 lengthwise. Drizzle with olive oil and place face down on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes or until fork tender. Mix sauce, cut sausage, peas in a bowl. Once the squash is done and cooled, shred with a fork and add to sauce mixture. You can add the mixture back into the squash shells and bake for 10 minutes to warm, of if your shells are unsalvageable, warm on the stove top before serving. 1 serving = 1 cup
