Ingredients

1.5 pounds of Tyson's Chicken Wingettes
    2 TBSPBaking Powder
    0.25 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
6 tbsp Great Value Orange Marmalade
12 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
6 tsp Great Value Light Brown Sugar

Directions

Pat dry the wingettes with a paper towel in a mixing bowl, then sprinkle with the 1/4 tsp of salt and baking powder. The baking powder will help dry the skin and crisp it while baking.
Pre heat oven to 250F and spray a grated grill rack over a foil lined drip pan with cooking oil spray to prevent sticking. Place all the chicken wingettes on the rack and into oven for 25 minutes on 250F, then increase the temperature to 450F and bake another 45 minutes until crisp. When done remove from oven.
In a skillet on stove top place the teriyaki sauce into pan and heat until beginning to boil. Next add the brown sugar and marmalade to the pan and heat until sugar is melted. Add chicken pieces and stir to coat them. Keep cooking over a medium steady heat until the sauce starts thickening around the chicken wingettes and coating it well then remove from heat and serve.
