Ingredients

    1 Packet Swiss Miss Diet Cocoa
    1 tbsp. Better N' Peanut Butter
    1/2 Rolled Oats (NOT INSTANT)
    Dash of Salt(optional)

Directions

1. Whisk the oats, cocoa, salt and peanut butter with 3/4 c. of water in a medium microwave safe dish until well combined.
2. Microwave on high for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
3. Stir and serve.


*NOTE: You may use regular peanut butter or any kind of lower fat peanut butter if you prefer.

    Made this for breakfast this morning! Wonderful & very filling. I added 2 packets of splenda for a little sweetener but I tend to like things on the sweeter side. Will make again for sure! Thanks. - 1/18/11

  • Had this for breakfast this morning with two very discerning little boys. It was quick, simple, delicious, and very filling. The perfect start to a chilly Fall day. The best part? It's actually healthy for all of us, and, wait for it... The boys begged to have it again tomorrow! Thanks a million! - 11/8/13

  • I had this for breakfast today. It was very tasty although like some others I thought it could be a tad bit sweeter. I may add a touch of Splenda next time. Otherwise, yummy and filling. - 3/31/12

  • I really wanted to like this, but the consistency of oatmeal has never been appealing. The chocolate & PB wasn't enough to counter that fact. - 3/11/12
