Ingredients

    6.0 oz Ground Beef (lean)
    1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    8.0 serving(s) Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1.0 tbsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    1.0 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Saute beef until brown. Add onion and cabbage saute until limp. Salt and pepper to taste. Unroll crescent dough and press seams together. Fill one half of the dough with meat cabbage mixture leaving a quarter inch around the edge. Then top with the cheese. Fold over the other half of the dough and press edges together to seal. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

    Good
    This was ok. I used 1 # of lean ground beef and had to put it in a 8x8 dish and cover it with the crescents. It fed 4 people. Next time we will use tomato sauce in the mixture because we found it to be a bit dry. - 10/19/17
