Ingredients

1 pkt Taco Seasoning mix
1 pkt Ranch Dip mix
1.5 lbs ground beef (browned)
1 cup Black Beans*
1 cup Pinto Beans*
1 cup Navy Beans*
1 lg sweet onion
1 can Tomato Soup (not mixed with water)
Chili Powder
Cumin
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt (ground beef when browning)
6 cups Water
4 Beef boullion cubes
Directions
1 pkt Taco Seasoning mix
1 pkt Ranch Dip mix
1.5 lbs ground beef (browned)
1 cup Black Beans*
1 cup Pinto Beans*
1 cup Navy Beans*
1 lg sweet onion
1 can Tomato Soup (not mixed with water)
Cumin
Chili Powder
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt (ground beef when browning)
6 cups Water
4 Beef boullion cubes
If you want it more soup like use more water. Thicker, use less water.
Brown ground beef (salt optional)
Saute onions
Place all ingrediants in Crock Pot and cook on high for 4 hrs then lo overnight.
* all beans measured dry then soaked per the instructions on the bags
NOTE: I used what I had on hand and found this to be a little salty for my taste. I would recommend getting low sodium mixes and add salt if needed.
NOTE: Used regular ground beef. Nutritional information would change with leaner varieties.
