Ingredients

    0.5 stick Butter, salted
    3.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    7.0 serving Pork Rinds(Baken-ets Fried Pork Skins)(14g)
    4.0 serving Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding(mix only)
    16.0 serving Jello - Sugar Free Strawberry - 1/2c 2.5g
    25.0 tbsp Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
    3.0 serving Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt Peach
    3.0 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener
    0.75 tbsp southern home frozen unsweetened peaches

Directions

Crush pork rinds and mix in sweetener of choice & cinnamon to taste. Mix with melted butter. Press onto bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. When done, set aside to cool. Cook jello according to directions on box. Add frozen peaches to the jello & refrigerate. (Peach flavored jello would be better but my store only had cherry and strawberry!) In another bowl, mix together 3 containers of yogurt, pudding mix & Cool whip. Refrigerate. Once crust is cooled, pour pudding mix on top. Be sure to seal to the edges. Next, pour jello/peach mix on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Enjoy! Serving Size: 16 pieces
