    0.5 fruit (2" dia) Limes
    1.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
    3.0 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    3.0 tbsp Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter
    1.25 cup Rooster Brand Coconut Milk
    0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    3.0 tsp Granulated Sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Use the zest of the lime and only part of the juice, to taste. Heat to simmer Serving Size: Makes 4 to 8 servings, depending on use.
