Number of Servings: 17

Ingredients

    1 cup Blueberries, fresh
    0.33 cup Raw Honey
8 tbsp Bragg Raw, Unfiltered Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1.5 tsp Ginger Root , grated

Tips

an old fashioned way to keep the flavors (and many of the benefits) of your fresh fruit throughout the year.

mix 2 tbsp shrub with 8 oz soda water...or stir it into some vodka or white wine. heck it might even be good over some ice cream. be creative with it.

Directions

to macerate berries: bruise berries in a plastic, sealable container and mix with honey. seal and let stand in the frig for two days.

mix vinegar and ginger and let stand in a cool dark place while berries macerate.

after two days strain juice off of berries. then strain vinegar mixture through berries to extract as much juice as possible. throw out the solids. store the resulting liquid in the frig indefinitely.

yield: approximately 9 oz liquid

Serving Size: 2 tbsp
