Introduction
This sandwich is quick and easy to make. It can also be eaten cold, but I like it better after it's been pan-fried.If you don't like relish, it can easily be substitued with mustard, or a light mayo. A simple and delicious sandwich that took almost no time to make. I loved how melty the cheese was, and the pickle relish was a tasty twist to a classic sandwich. Not to mention how protein-packed and healthy it is! A vegetarian's dream lunch. Can easily become vegan if made with vegan cheese. - 6/17/08
