Ingredients

    48 oz Ground Beef (lean)
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    16 oz Giorgio Fresh Mushrooms
    1 tbsp Italian Seasoning (SPICE) (by CURVES_N_CURLS)
    1.75 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In food processor, process mushrooms until ground.
3. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except Italian seasoning and tomato sauce.
4. Put mixture into 2 loaf pans or one large pan. Spread tomato sauce thickly over top. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over that.
5. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.
6. Drain excess oil. Slice and serve.


Serving Size: Serves 8 to 10 depending on serving size and appetite
