Ingredients

    1 can/2 cups - Trader Joe's Organic Coconut Milk
    1 cup - water
    1/2 cup - sweetener of choice
    1 T - Collagen Hydrolysate Unflavored powder
    dash of salt

    Then consider
    2 T ginger powder + 1 T fresh ginger
    or
    2 t coconut extract + 1/4 cup shredded coconut (dash of nutmeg)
    or
    2 t cherry extract + 1 T dried cherries

Tips

Use the best quality ingredients. Experiment with fruits like pineapple aka pina colada, berries, etc. Always good to taste before pouring into ice cream maker so adjustments can be blended in.


Directions

Pop everything into blender and whip until sweetener is dissolved then pour into ice cream maker.
