    2.0 serving Kellogs Corn Flakes cereal only 1 cup
    8.0 oz Bone In Pork Chop
    1.0 gram Westcott Olive Oil cooking spray
    2.0 tsp Spice Supreme seasoned salt

Directions

*Trim meat and season both sides *Dip meat in crushed cornflakes, making sure both sides are well coated (press meat firmly to help crumbs stick) *Spray your pan with cooking spray and then the top side of chops *Bake uncovered at 450 in oven for 20 minutes flip them and cook for another 10-20 minutes until crust is browned Serving Size: 1 pork chop
