Ingredients

    16.0 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    10.0 cracker Saltine Crackers (Saltines)
    1.5 tsp Italian Seasoning Blend

Directions

Mix all ingredients and form into balls. Brown on all sides and finish in oven at 400 degrees.
