Ingredients

    - 3-4 oz cooked chicken breast
    - 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped, seeded cucumber (w/peel)
    - 1 Tbsp chopped mango
    - 1 Tbsp chopped red onion
    - 1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
    - 1/2 tsp tandoori paste
    - 1/2 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice

Directions

In medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Place salad between bread slices.
