Introduction

These insanely moist brownies are elevated with a few splashes of (alcohol free) Bailey's coffee creamer. These insanely moist brownies are elevated with a few splashes of (alcohol free) Bailey's coffee creamer.

Ingredients

    ½ cup cocoa
    ½ cup flour
    ½ tsp baking powder
    ¼ tsp salt
    ¾ cup sugar
    6 tbsp canola oil
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1 tbsp Homemade Egg Replacer powder (or Ener-G)
    ½ cup Bailey’s Original Coffee Creamer (http://baileyscreamers.ca/Home/IrishCream)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x9 baking dish with greased foil.
Mix together dry ingredients - cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Mix sugar and oil.
Add vanilla, eggs and creamer, mixing well.
Gently stir in the dry ingredients. Do not beat.
Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick can be removed with moist crumbs.
Allow brownies to chill overnight before cutting.

Serving Size: Makes one 9" pan, 16 squares
