Ingredients

    8 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    0.07 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    3 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    0.15 tbsp Xanthan Gum - Bob's Red Mill (by CEELEE53)
    8 tbsp Butter, salted
    48 tsp Swerve Granulated (1 tsp) net carb (by IMENONELSE)

Tips

Add flavors to improve the taste of erythitol and almond flour. I added chocolate, lemon, cinammon all delish!


Directions

mix all ingredients, bake ~15 minutes or until brown but soft inside, (if you try to get it hard inside it might burn, depending on how much you flattened them, mine were thick)

Serving Size: makes 12 small cookies can be used for churros
