    28 gram(s) Duke's Real Mayonnaise 32 oz (1 qt) .946 liter jar
    10 gram(s) French's Classic Yellow Mustard 20 oz (1 lb 4 oz) 567 g Jar
    1.9 oz Chicken- Roasted Leg Quarter w/skin
    Parsley Flakes
    Dried Chives
    Mrs. Dash: Onion & Herb
    Cayenne Pepper

Tips

This is good on bread for a sandwich (I use Pepperidge farm very thin wheat bread, toasted), used to spread on crackers, or my favorite spooned into lettuce leaves in place of a bread product.


Directions

Peel and smash eggs. Separate leg and thigh, and put thigh aside for another meal. Remove meat from leg bone and discard the skin. Run meat through a chopper or food processor, until crumbled. Spray a small skillet with a light coating of cooking spray and heat the crumbled meat over medium, add spices and stir every few minutes until it crisps. Place crispy meat and smashed eggs in a bowl, add mustard and mayo, mix well. Can chill, or serve immediately.
